Cold start - double girls pumping hard the car

I want to leave the garage and give a ride to my stepsister who is in the front seat. Naturally this old car doesn't start easily, so I have to pump the car a lot. The crazy thing is that after turning it on, it still turns off and stops, this car irritates me when it turns off, so every opportunity I get I press the car hard and ask my stepsister to press the car too because I want to hear the engine screaming, the tires spinning.
